How do I book an OPD appointment?
Use the Book Appointment button: choose a doctor, pick a free time slot, enter the patient details and confirm. You receive a booking reference straight away. You can also call our appointment desk.
Do I need to pay online?
No. Consultation fees are paid at the hospital counter on the day of your visit, in cash or by card.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?
Yes. Open the link in your confirmation message to cancel online before the cancellation deadline, then book a new slot. You can also call us to reschedule.
How do I collect my lab and radiology reports?
Reports can be collected from the reception desk with your receipt. The laboratory staff will tell you when your report will be ready.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring your CNIC or B-Form, any previous reports or prescriptions, and your booking reference. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
